BAA Media Pack 2011/2012
This is the BAA Media pack for 2011/12. 
BAA provide a range of advertising opportunities through a variety of different mediums. This information gives a breakdown of the various options the British Academy of Audiology (BAA) offer with regard to advertising and promotion to our membership.

Advertising Packages:
Due to feedback from advertisers we have decided to put together a range of packages which include a variety of advertising options which can be purchased as a bundle.  Package features are to be used within 12 months of purchase.

Technology update
The editors will be introducing a new section within the magazine focussing on industry updates, this is an ideal area for information on new products or features.  There will be limited spaces available for this per edition.  (Each slot will be 200-300 depending on photos etc)

Wall planner advertising
The BAA wallplanner is distributed annually.  It is sent to all NHS Audiology Departments as well as being distributed at BAA Conference in November.  There are a limited number of adverts available on the wallplanner.
 
Price £325 per advert (approx 9cm x 9cm subject to change)

Newsletter Mailing
The BAA sends out a monthly mailing to its 2439 members. These are circulated via e-mail to the many of members and the remainder mailed on the nearest working day to the 15^th of the month.
Advertisements can be included in these mailings by the following methods:

Price per A4 sheet (flyer printed by BAA, black and white) £850

Further information
For those who are supplying the inset 800 copies of your advertisement will need to be presented in any size up to A4 (colour) and these must reach the BAA office by an agreed deadline. BAA also request an e-mail a pdf version of the advert and invoice details including any order numbers etc.   
For those who require printing please email  admin@baaudiology.org and attach a pdf file with your advertisement displayed exactly how you wish it to be circulated. This must be A4, print black/white copies. Colour booklets etc are quoted for on an individual basis.  Please e-mail invoice details including any order numbers etc.
