Registration Terms and Conditions

The BAA Conference Organising Group reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.

On site registration All delegates registering on the day of the event who have not previously completed an application form will pay the fee as stated on the conference fee pricing page.

Payment Terms: Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice.  Invoices not paid within 30 day net will incur an 8.5% charge.  If booking within 30 days of the event payment must be received 3 weeks prior to the event start date.  If within this 3 week timescale, payment must be made at time of registration.

Invoice requests Remember it is your responsibility to make sure that your finance department processes the application form in time. Applications requesting payment by invoice will only be processed if accompanied by a copy of the Purchase Order. If you have not heard from us within 14 days, please contact us to make sure we have received your registration.

BACS payments It is your responsibility to send a cheque/BACS payment to cover the full cost of your registration within 30 days of registering. A receipt will be sent upon receipt of payment. Please send a copy of the BACS payment advice note either by fax to +44 (0) 1506 811 477 or by email to accounts@fitwise.co.uk

Cancellation Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to BAA, Blackburn House, Redhouse Road, Seafield, West Lothian EH47 7AQ. Cancellations received by Friday 8th September 2017 will receive a refund minus 20% for administration costs. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund and if payment has not been received they will still be liable for the full delegate fee. Delegates registering after Friday 8th September 2017 will be liable for the full fee and cancellations will not receive refunds. Substitute delegates are welcome but changes must be made in writing to events@baaudiology.org

Additional Gala Dinner Tickets Those delegates wishing to book additional Gala Dinner tickets will follow the same cancellation terms above. Those wishing to cancel their additional Gala Dinner tickets before Friday 8th September 2017 will receive a refund minus 20% for administration costs. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund and if payment has not been received they will still be liable for the full cost of the ticket(s). Delegates booking additional Gala Dinner tickets after Friday 8th September 2017 will be liable for the full fee and cancellations will not receive refunds. Substitute attendees for the dinner are welcome but changes must be made in writing to events@baaudiology.org

Exhibition Only Visitor Tickets Those delegates wishing to book to attend the exhibition only will follow the same cancellation terms above. Those wishing to cancel their exhibition visitor tickets before Friday 8th September 2017 will receive a refund minus 20% for administration costs. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund and if payment has not been received they will still be liable for the full cost of the ticket(s). Delegates booking exhibition visitor tickets after Friday 8th September 2017 will be liable for the full fee and cancellations will not receive refunds. Substitute attendees for the exhibition only are welcome but changes must be made in writing to events@baaudiology.org

Disclaimer Application forms received will be processed and your place reserved at conference, it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made. If payment is not made prior to conference and you do not attend you will still be liable for the cost of the event. If payment is not made prior to conference and you arrive onsite we will request payment. Please note this applies to all payment options.
