We are seeking to a part-time (0.5 FTE) Assistant Lecturer in Audiology contribute to the delivery of our successful undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. The post holder will be a member of an innovative, progressive and committed staff team within the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences. The Division is part of the School of Health Sciences which provides many multidisciplinary working opportunities.
The post offers an excellent development opportunity for someone interested in an academic career to contribute to the academic and clinical learning and assessment of audiology students. Additionally the post holder will have an opportunity to contribute to the pastoral care of students and the supervision and assessment of student projects.
Applicants should have a graduate qualification in Audiology and be registered with the RCCP/AHCS as an Audiologist or with the HCPC as a Clinical Scientist along with current experience of working as an audiologist. Strong communication, organisational and team-working skills are essential.
