Mary Hare Hearing Centre, established in 2006 and located in the heart of Newbury Town Centre, Berkshire, is offering an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Audiologist to join our established team as Clinic Manager.
Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for the management and development of all aspects of the business and will need to possess a sound commercial as well as audiology background. This pivotal role will oversee all areas of business management and compliance, while working closely with the wider team to ensure the execution of marketing programs, forecasting and budgeting, plus areas of expansion and diversification into the years ahead.
Very much a hands-on role, the post-holder will conduct daily clinics themselves with clients – testing, assessing and prescribing the provision of hearing instruments and hearing services – whilst providing management oversight via key business performance measures and key staff performance measures designed to ensure profitability of the practice.
About You
You are a qualified, HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of 3 years-experience working in a private hearing clinic environment. Fully wax removal trained is desirable. Commercial experience is very desirable.

Salary range in line with NHS band 7 subject to experience. (Salary: £43,806 – £47,672)
