Based in the Interacoustics headquarters in Middelfart, Denmark, you and your team will be working together to secure the future global success of our hearing aid fitting solutions.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Overall responsibility of Audioscan product support and promotion outside US and Canada
  • Create an exciting go-to-market plan for selected focus markets in cooperation with Audioscan and the team based in Middelfart
  • Grow the Interacoustics and Audioscan hearing aid fitting portfolio with the goal of becoming the customers’ preferred choice
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the execution and follow-up of the specified plans
  • Build-up and maintain knowledge of clinical and technical possibilities in relation to end user needs
  • Perform product training during customer visits and seminars around the world
  • Develop internal and external material, including presentations, videos, guides, manuals, technical specifications, etc.
  • Support researchers around the world

The Hearing Aid Fitting team is part of our Product Management department that consists of 15 highly skilled engineers, audiologists, and team managers. You will report to the Senior Product Manager of Hearing Aid Fitting, Ole Lundsgaard who is situated in Middelfart, Denmark. 

Your background

We expect you to hold a bachelor or master’s degree within audiology and preferably you have some years of experience from a clinic. At the same time, you are detail oriented with the ability to stay calm and focused during simultaneous projects.

As presenting at seminars and conferences is a large aspect of this role, it is ideal for you to have experience with training, teaching, or public presentations. Presentations are often held in English, so you should have excellent oral and written English skills along with good PC skills within MS Office applications.

You will be working with multiple teams including R&D, Sales, and Marketing. Therefore, the ideal candidate enjoys cross-departmental collaboration, can drive and complete projects, and is a team player.

You need to be a self-motivated person and a person that pays great attention to detail and deadlines. Being well organized is also important, as is your passion for continuously improving the area of hearing aid fitting.

Being an international company with customers all over the world, you must be prepared to travel approximately 50‑60 days per year.
