Advanced Bionics (AB) are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic and friendly clinical team.

The applicant will have responsibility for clinical and technical support of all Advanced Bionics hardware and software products to Cochlear Implant and ENT clinics and AB partners within their designated territory in the UK. This includes providing on-site and remote clinical/technical services, including switch-ons and fittings, upgrade support, complex cases, resolving technical issues and surgical support, alongside e-mail and phone support.

The role also requires the successful candidate to provide training to our Audiology and ENT professionals on existing and new Advanced Bionics products and services, in collaboration with the Education and Training Manager.

In addition to the clinical and training support, the candidate will be required to build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers to ensure the continued growth of the business.

This is a full time position with salary, depending on experience and additional company benefits.  This role is field-based and requires regular travel within the designated territory, with some overseas travel also required on occasions.

The successful candidate should be able to work effectively autonomously, be self-motivated and goal-oriented. A qualification or equivalent experience in Audiology is required; commercial experience and/or experience in a Cochlear Implant department is highly desirable.
