Hearing Direct is seeking a talented, focussed professional to take Hearing Direct to the next level.
Dedicated to helping the hard of hearing enjoy the sounds they love; our online services are unrivalled. Providing a wide range of products including hearing aids, batteries, wax guards, tubes, domes as well as amplified phones and many other life enhancing products.
As part of the senior management team, the Audiology department is our focus to grow and develop the business. We have supplied over 50,000 Hearing Aids to customers across the UK, Europe and America and our plans for investment and growth over the next few years are heavily focussed on our online Audiology department.
Working within an established team of audiologists and customer services personnel you will be the face of Hearing Direct. Providing telephone / video and email support on hearing aids and hearing aid accessories.
Maintaining close links with Hearing Direct’s suppliers is a key part of the role; working to ensure the latest information on existing and new product ranges is effectively shared within the business and on our various sales platforms.
Alongside the General Manager and Ecommerce Administrator you will be tasked with shaping the product portfolio, identifying product gaps, and managing new product launches as and when required.
You’ll work closely with Hearing Direct’s digital marketing agency to help maximise product impact online, through blogs, social media and marketing content.
