We are seeking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to cover Scotland and the North East of England.

The successful candidate will be an audiologist, with sales experience a distinct advantage.  Knowledge of Oticon products is not essential as full training and development support will be given on all aspects of the role.  A coaching and mentoring programme will also be put in place to aid in supporting and developing your skills further.

The principal role and responsibilities are:-

  • To deliver sales growth across assigned territory.
  • Find new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
  • Build trust and relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and deliver customer support plans.
  • To deliver audiology, technical, product, and fitting training at a competent level.
