An opportunity has arisen to live and work in the beautiful Channel Island of Guernsey. An island community of approximately 65,000.
Applicants should be a paediatric audiologist and is expected to work alongside while reporting to the Consultant Audiologist to lead the paediatric audiology service. Applicants must be qualified to a minimum MSc Audiology Level, ideally with CAC/Clinical Scientist or Audiological Scientist level, with some experience in managing all or part of a paediatric service.
They should be registered with the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP) and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
The post holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing a wide range of audiology services across the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
The post holder will ensure that a consistently high-quality service is provided to routine and complex patients. This includes maintaining CPD, working autonomously, and demonstrating initiative. They are expected to develop and improve the service further, as well as develop clinical relationships with Jersey, such as peer review training.
