We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager as we expand our Bernafon & Philips team.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, qualified Audiologist.  An ambassador for the Bernafon and Philips brands, the Training Manager will devise and implement a training strategy for both brands for internal teams, including the sales team, and also for customer launches.

We aim to deliver excellent training and support to our customer base, with the successful candidate helping support this key focus, as the company continues to grow in the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement product/clinical/commercial training strategies for the sales team to ensure they are confident and successful selling all products to customers.
  • Produce the necessary sales and training support materials for the sales team to facilitate customer training.
  • Lead all new product launches and deliver all relevant support material.
  • Execute campaign activities alongside sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver product training at industry events and product launches.
  • Work closely with the global training teams to improve support material and tools available for both brands.
  • Responsible for upholding high clinical standards and in-depth product expertise to train on product, fitting and audiology for internal/external stakeholders.
