TympaHealth is a fast-growing company with ambitious plans to positively disrupt the ear and hearing care sector with its Tympa system. We’re seeking the best and brightest in sales and audiology to join our rapidly growing team.

Territory Manager role –

  • Manage leads from your territory, convert into sales & maintain accurate documentation
  • Account management – grow sales from existing customers in your territory
  • Work to achieve KPI’s and targets with your sales manager including – new systems, training, consumables, activity with existing customers
  • Support the TympaHealth training team from start to finish find the most efficient and timely way to deliver training to our customers
  • Use company CRM to record & track customer data
  • Be accountable and responsible for managing your own territory
Essential requirements: Salary
Degree or equivalent in Audiology Industry competitive salary
Experienced in audiology, ENT or medical equipment sales Car allowance
Time management and territory planning skills Bonus scheme

 Regional Trainer role –

  • Delivery training and support to a wide range of allied health care professionals
  • Manage regional area as well as support national events as required
  • Delivery/ support of; online webinars & face-to-face training events
  • Development of new training materials and platforms (as part of the team)
  • Individual mentoring of customers through their initial logbook period
  • Clinical remote reviews – as part of the TympaHealth ENT & Audiology support network
  • Support/ refresher visits as required – both online and face to face
Essential requirements:
Audiologist qualification is essential (RCCP/HCPC) with experience of wax removal preferred.
