BTA Annual Conference

Sep 07th - All Day

The Annual Conference and AGM is returning to the British Tinnitus Association’s home city of Sheffield. We have a superb programme featuring nationally and internationally renowned speakers bringing the latest research, covering new developments and best practice. Utilising the state-of-the-art facilities that Sheffield Hallam has to offer, we have a fresh and exciting new programme that promises this will be our most interactive and innovative conference to date.

INTRODUCING:

Workshop sessions for smaller, more intimate explorations into the session topics - you can choose between three talks tailored for either audiologists, paediatrics or support groups. The Round Table Q+A will give you the chance to have our expert tinnitus panel discuss and debate your questions in this open dialogue forum - one not to be missed!

Please consider submitting a poster to present at this year’s Conference. We are again looking for any research, projects or audits you’ve been a part of - details and guidelines for submissions can be found at www.tinnitus.org.uk/poster2017

Our large exhibition will offer the chance to network with industry experts and see the latest the market has to offer.

PRE CONFERENCE NETWORKING EVENT:

We are delighted to announce that this year we will be holding a pre-Conference networking event on Weds 6th September with guest of honour Simon Weston CBE. The Falklands Veteran will be talking about his life, overcoming adversity, dealing with challenges as well as his experiences of tinnitus and being an audiology patient. The pre-conference networking event is included in your Conference ticket price.
