Join us for a BAA Regional Meeting

1pm: Welcome from Joanne Close BAA North East Representative

1:10-2:10pm: Developing our resilience (or learning how to’ fit your own oxygen mask first’) with Dawn Parkin
Dawn Parkin is a leadership coach, trainer and organisation development practitioner who specialises in resilience tools and techniques. She has been supporting colleagues across the NHS in developing their resilience for 12 years, but particularly over the last 2 years during the pressures of responding to the pandemic. She is coming along to our meeting on the 29th April to share some of this with us. This will help us explore the things resilient people do well (the mindsets and behaviours that help or prevent us from being resilient) and how our perception (or how we ’see the world’) impacts our wellbeing. This session will help you identify some actions to apply when needed to keep you calm and focused in your work and life.

2:10- 2:40pm: Telehealth- Our experience in an NHS department – Lauren Archer
Lauren Archer, Clinical Scientist from Royal Berkshire NHS Trust, will discuss experiences of telehealth from a patient and staff perspective.

2:40-2:50pm: BAA update with Laura Finegold

2:50-3.00pm: Questions and AOB
