CI Champions training event
Following the success of our face-to-face training workshop at BCIG last month, we look forward to this year’s virtual CI champions training event, which takes place on Thursday 7th July 9:30am until 1:00pm.
The agenda includes breakout groups for adult and paediatric CI champions to ensure that all champions can benefit from content relevant to their job role. We hope to cover various topics, including non-routine case studies, shared-decision making during initial cochlear implant referral discussion and counselling with audiology patients, optimally aided guidance, and we will have contributions from the CI manufacturers.
We will also have a Q&A session with a panel of our committee members, so please bring your questions and queries along.
