What we can learn from the experiences of our minority ethnic colleagues

The news, NHS WRES reports, personal experiences and stories from our colleagues demonstrate that the experience of working as a healthcare professional can be different for those from minority ethnic backgrounds, compared to their white peers. This mixed methods study investigated the experiences, views, and proposed solutions, shared by healthcare scientists from different ethnic backgrounds, and at junior and senior positions in their careers.
