Funding Considerations for Adult Hearing Care Consultation

The British Academy of Audiology (BAA) and BSHAA have jointly produced guidance on Funding Considerations for Adult Hearing Care. The document is available to read/download here.

The guidance is aimed at managers and commissioners who make decisions about the funding of audiology services at the Health Board/Clinical Commissioning Group level.

This consultation invites comments on individual sections and/or the entire document. Please insert your feedback under the relevant section. We are particularly interested in your feedback on the following questions:

• Have we captured the key cost drivers to consider for each of the listed services?
• Are you aware of any evidence-based guidelines we have not referenced and which we should include?
